Job Summary

We are looking for someone who delivers the necessary tools, content, training, process, and shares best practices to support the sales force via the CRM (Hubspot) and ensure they are successful in their day-to-day activities. This role implies collaborating closely with a company’s sales and marketing teams, as well as with partners and key stakeholders with a goal to increase the productivity and success of sales operations.

In this role, you will support and empower a sales team to reach a company’s objectives.

It is an exciting opportunity to take Crypto adoption to the next level.

Some of the things you will be doing in this role:

  • Planning, coordinating, and deployment of the necessary training;
  • Set up automated workflows for the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with marketing and operation to improve the sales cycle and communication to partners.
  • Sharing the information about the key techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the sales team;
  • Supporting product and service launches by helping the team to understand a company’s solutions and sell them;
  • Taking responsibilities for learning programs for sales;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the usage of sales enablement content and courseware,
  • Providing the necessary support during the buying and selling processes at all stages;
  • Developing and managing sales enablement projects and activities through the CRM

Requirements

  • Crypto/DeFi knowledge and passion.
  • Hubspot CRM tool expert
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a relevant role (crypto, FinTech, financial services).
  • Ability to understand and help promote our customer-centric vision.
  • A quantitative individual with a love for numbers and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), public speaking, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent organizational skills ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
