What we are looking for

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to join our crypto sales organization. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success empowering sales teams to win by developing effective sales strategy, pricing, and collateral. The ideal candidate has helped a fast-growing organization drive process effectiveness within the sales organization.

You will join an exciting, newly formed, crypto team that deeply cares about growing with people who question assumptions, have strong judgement, execute fast, take ownership, act responsibly, help the team advance and improve its standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define and measure KPIs; build and manage dashboards; build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health
  • Assist in all facets of sales planning, including headcount, quota plan, and Go-To-Market strategies and in coordination with Finance to hit company goals
  • Identify and implement strategies to streamline and automate processes that compile and analyze data from various sources
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory
  • Build handoff processes across each Go-to-Market function (Pre to post sales) to ensure efficiency across functions (e.g account scoring, lead routing, post-sales account/opportunity hygiene etc.)
  • Guide the business in understanding how marketing and sales spend and outcomes accurately drive impact and return on investment
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information
  • Provide thought leadership, promote, and implement best-in-class sales ops model in strong collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations

Minimum qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst or Manager
  • Demonstrated success in building a sales program at a large organization or fast-growing startup
  • Technology: Experienced with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools ex Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics; Microsoft Excel; and other relevant modern software
  • Problem solving: Experience and comfort problem solving in a fast-changing environment
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and effective communication

Bonus

  • Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Embedded Finance
  • Proficient in banking regulatory (MSB, MTL, OFAC, Compliance, KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence, BSA)
  • Understanding of crypto
