Partnerships Marketing Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and analytical growth marketing leader to drive Partnerships Marketing for Transak. You’ll work with our most strategic partners (some of the major players in the web3 space, blockchains, dApps, wallets, games, NFT marketplaces) to create and execute marketing programs that drive mutual growth and amplify our impact on the business. You’ll be responsible for leading high-impact marketing programs that drive new partners’ acquisition and increase end-user transactions, loyalty, and revenue across the Transak network.

You will partner closely with the sales, marketing, customers success, and product teams to build meaningful marketing initiatives that will help strengthen our alliances with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a select group of Transak’s top strategic partners to create and execute marketing programs that mutually drive growth
• Creatively launch giveaways and marketing campaigns that drive brand buzz
• Lead and oversee the execution of cross-channel campaigns
• Manage marketing calendar and communicate regularly with partners
• Bring marketing ideas to the table, with an extensive analytic and data-driven approach to planning and prioritization.

Requisite Experience:

• Marketing or Partnership Manager with 5+ years experience (Partner Management + Marketing Strategy experience highly valued)
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence teams and individuals
• Project management experience
• Marketing experience executing campaigns across a diverse range of channels
• Outstanding communications skills
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Empathetic, collaborative, and flexible working in high-pressure fast-paced environments
