The opportunity:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing revenue team based in Toronto, Vancouver & LA. 

From managing client experience to ensuring a successful product execution, you’ll be an integral part of Mogul’s fulfillment strategy.

In this role, you’ll own the full fulfillment cycle for the client and will be responsible for tailoring launch strategy and executing it for film and NFT projects on the Mogul platform. Your goal will be to provide a great client experience and ensure their success with Mogul.

How you can make an impact in your first 6 months:

  • Understand the value of Mogul’s platform and service for creators in entertainment, and create launch strategies that are customized for each client.
  • Manage project vision and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of the project across marketing, PR, and product creation for the client.
  • Assist the client in engaging with their audience and effectively marketing the project.
  • Manage client experience and expectations.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience that focuses on relationship building and problem solving.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve on the overall fulfillment process.

How you can make an impact right away:

  • 2-5 years experience with account or project management roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and highly articulate via phone, email and in person.
  • Strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously.
  • Highly motivated, achievement-oriented and excited to join a fast paced environment.
  • Prior crypto or start-up experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with crypto and NFTs a plus.
  • Proficient with business productivity tools (G-suite).
