About

Pragmafy is a decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure that enables borrowers, lenders as well as service providers to interact and execute collateralized financing transactions. We work on at the intersection of the regulated capital market, decentralised finance and web3and aim at becoming a leader in digital finance innovation.

Your Tasks

• Be a key part of our product definition, scoping and delivery.
• Deliver product increments as Senior Product Manager, guide project stakeholders through the process of ideation into solution options.
• You are a strategic mind behind the development of our DeFi protocol and take it to the next level.
• Collaborate with the Pragmafy team as well as with external partners and mandated firms.
• Appropriately understand the regulatory framework of a project or a target state, work with advisors on it.

Your Profile

• University degree or equivalent in science, business informatics, banking or finance.
• 5+ years of professional experience in either digital transformation consulting or change management functions in the financial industry.
• Sufficient experience in the crypto space and the blockchain technology, (ideally in the DeFi space).
• Strong ability to focus and prioritize and to break down complexity into measurable objectives.
• You can start on a project basis, part-time or full-time.
