Your Mission

As our fully remote Recruiter for the European talent market, you will be part of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team. You will drive our Talent Acquisition operations in the region, identify, engage, and assess the immense human potential out there, and ensure the best fits join our amazing teams. This is a high-impact role, that will be at the forefront of composing and scaling our human landscape, technical expertise, and cultural identity.

You will

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies;
  • Build and maintain positive relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all “customers” including candidates, hiring managers, and business partners;
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with the Corporate Team’s leadership, and other Team Members to create a partnership that yields success, expected delivery, and trust;
  • Have a deep understanding of the complete recruitment function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing;
  • Effective communication approaches that include: actively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts, verbally and in written form, and timeliness;
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment;
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state of-the-art recruiting practices.

You bring

  • 2+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a high-performing company;
  • An expert level of knowledge in all recruitment components;
  • The ability to create positive relationships with all “customers” including candidates, hiring managers and business partners;
  • Have a well-developed network of candidates and/or the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensively;
  • Inform the Company’s strategic direction with knowledge from the talent market (e.g., where to find particular skillsets, salary expectations, hiring practices, among others)
  • Help drive Recruiting initiatives, including university relations, talent communities, and institutional partners.
