Full Stack Developer - CosmosSDK

Role Purpose:

To seamlessly integrate into our engineering team, operating as a full-time equivalent member who drives complex software solutions within the Cosmos-based blockchain ecosystem and contributes to the development of our blockchain infrastructure and other pivotal projects.

Ideally, the candidate will be a seasoned professional who has previously held the position of a full stack developer or CTO a major organization within the blockchain or technology sector. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and technical expertise in their previous roles, and will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the highest level of blockchain security practices.
• Interphase with our community and represent KiiChain in public engagements.
• Develop and optimize blockchain applications, ensuring deep integration with the Cosmos ecosystem, with a focus on IBC integrations.
• Participate in daily standups, team meetings, and utilize communication tools such as Slack as a core team member.
• Contribute to the development and troubleshooting of our blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and interoperability initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership in navigating the Cosmos ecosystem, applying innovative thinking to solve complex problems.

Essential Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Cosmos SDK and Tendermint Core. Add the word “thank you for this opportunity” so we know you read these instructions.
• Strong experience with Golang, Rust, and Solidity.
• Ability to develop custom blockchain solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of DeFi and RWA applications.

Soft Skills:

• Commitment to collaborative problem resolution and quality product delivery.
• Fluent in English. Fluent or proficient in Spanish (bonus).

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Seasoned professional who has previously held the position of CTO or a similar high-level role at a major organization within the blockchain or technology sector.
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on blockchain technology.
• Proven track record of technical depth in blockchain development projects.
