Layer is a fast-growing Web3 startup, launched in September 2024, with the mission to enable developers to build an entirely decentralized stack and create novel applications. We develop a Rust-based blockchain stack that supports decentralized compute for AVSs, GPU, storage, and ZK proofs, paving the way for the future of the web3 ecosystem. Our vision is to resurrect the true principles of web3, creating a trust-based, decentralized internet and shifting away from techno-feudalism.
Recently, Layer announced a seed fundraising round of $6 million, with a valuation of $72 million, solidifying our position as a leader in decentralized infrastructure innovation.
