The Company

You’ll be joining an AI-driven Web3 startup who are building a future where capital is safer, smarter, and fully onchain.

Their tech helps Family Offices, HNWIs, and Institutions seamlessly navigate blockchain, unlocking new opportunities with security and efficiency.

They’re now looking for their first Business Development hire to bring this vision to key European markets.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the entire sales lifecycle, from building relationships to closing deals.

You’ll work with Family Offices, HNWIs, and Institutions, helping them move from curiosity about blockchain into action.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• 5+ years of experience in institutional sales and relationship management (financial services, Europe).
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development within Web3.
• A proven track record of closing large deals ($1m+) with Family Offices, HNWIs, or Institutions.
