Its Smart Contract Global Marketplace is built from the ground up to increase blockchain adoption across every sphere of industry and life by hosting and enabling the instantaneous creation and distribution of a wide range of self-enforcing and self-executing smart contracts.

Your goal is to bring to life Transient’s mission of accessibility of Next-Gen Contracts to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Key focus of your role?

As we are a hyper-growth startup with a very high scale/value vision, we are constantly evolving, and so will your role as we grow.

Your initial focus will be to grow the Transient brand globally -

• Developing and executing your own growth plan
• Acquiring new partners to the platform (blockchain and traditional organisations which will benefit from blockchain technology)
• Developing existing relationships
• Working with developers to productize the solution
• Securing listings on exchanges

What you bring to this Role?

• 5+ years in technology business development
• Understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi ecosystem or Fintech
• Experience building and running a structured sales process in a fast growing environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to appeal to Crypto and traditional business which will benefit from Blockchain technology
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Have an owner mentality: you focus on the ultimate result for the company (short and long-term growth)
• Able to understand the bigger picture and be very hands-on and practical
• Determined, ambitious yet humble, willing to work hard, take feedback and learn on the way
• Entrepreneurial mindset, prepared to work non-standard working hours (we are high-growth operating in an industry that never switches off)
• Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, prioritize, communicate, and function in a small team
• Bonus - Background in eSports, or Digital Wagering
