Transak is building the bridge between mainstream people across the world and the whole ecosystem of blockchain and decentralized apps. As the key infrastructure for the next generation of apps, we are growing super fast backed by top VCs, including ConsenSys. Transak enables any website or app to let its users buy cryptocurrencies. We offer a developer integration combining user onboarding and a fiat-to-crypto payment gateway. To do this we integrate local compliance and payment methods from around the world with deep crypto integrations and liquidity.
We are looking for a Business Development Analyst, who will be primarily responsible for researching the market in order to find the biggest opportunities for the company. Transak works with top partners across the industry, such as Metamask, Decentraland, Terra Station and many more. As we rapidly expand, we are always looking for new wallets, (d)Apps, exchanges, P2E Games, NFT marketplaces, crypto, and traditional businesses to spread crypto adoption together, with great UX.
In this role, you will support the Growth Team and will be responsible for finding these opportunities and, qualifying them. Whether it is the latest DeFi protocol, that slick NFT marketplace, or an intriguing metaverse, you will deep dive into researching the market and talking to projects in order to establish the first contact for a potential partnership.

You will:
- Actively generate viable leads talking to projects in several sectors(from Gaming to Defi, to the Metaverse and beyond!)
- Brainstorm with the broader Growth team on strategy, new revenue lines, pricing, and monetization
- Help ensure the client portfolio grows while being diversified, stable and profitable.
- Develop competitive analysis to identify crypto market trends, customer needs, and pricing/rate structure across the industry.
- Build relationships with the prospective new client’s key decision-makers, set up initial meetings, and serve as the primary first point of contact via several channels
- Regularly update the sales pipeline (CRM) with client engagement status
Requirements
- Crypto/DeFi/NFT knowledge and expertise; vision and passion for the industry
- 1 year of experience in a relevant role
- A quantitative individual with a love for numbers and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), public speaking, negotiation, and listening skills.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite Tools skills and experience in using CRM software are a plus.
