Your Tasks:

  • Create new business opportunities within target markets
  • Active lead generation through cold calling, networking, outbound campaigns
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from first contact to closing
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches, demos, and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed challenging sales targets
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities
  • Provide forecasts and regularly report on performance and progress toward KPIs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, and trading teams to align client strategies with regulatory standards

Your Profile:

  • Capital Markets Background: strong capital markets and and trading knowledge with relevant industry experience
  • Hunter Mentality: Focused on winning new business and closing high-impact deals and building pipeline
  • Crypto-Savvy: Solid grasp of digital assets with eagerness to deepen industry knowledge
  • Adaptable Solver: Navigates fast-paced change with agility and solution-oriented thinking
  • Goal-Driven: Consistently hits and exceeds targets through focused execution
