Responsibilities:

1. Actively work towards targets with an attractive commission structure, in a professional manner.
2. Translate complex products and policies into language appropriate for the clients
3. Provide accurate information about specific products, features, and services
4. Assist clients and dev team to complete the work of API
5. Working closely with Marketing, Business Development department.

Requirements:

1. English is necessary for internal communication.
2. Meet the growth KPIs
3. Use your own professional blockchain knowledge and understanding to analyze the recent market trend and other reports.
4. Experience in Blockchain/Crypto exchange is preferable
