Founded in June 2021, Spin was the first product to offer on-chain order book solution on NEAR Protocol. The advantages of the order book model include better user experience compared to AMM, flexible liquidity, easy access for institutional traders, secure and transparent on-chain verification, opportunity to price different types of instruments, and trading robots interoperability.

Who we are looking for

Business Development Manager with passion and experience in crypto, DeFi, web3 to build and maintain partnerships and networking, including marketmakers. Solid understanding of trading is necessary.

You will be responsible for

• Building and maintaining relationships with Market Makers
• Researching + prioritizing L1/L2 for partnerships
• Participating in AMA sessions representing the company
• Negotiating and executing on new partnerships
• Working closely with marketing and legal to seek growth opportunities

You need to have

• An interest in DeFi, or background in finance / Fintech
• Solid understanding of exchange mechanisms and market making
• Proven track record within a fast growing Crypto business
• Great network and connections in the industry
• Understanding of trading mechanics
• 3+ years of professional work experience
• Native-level of English language proficiency
• Can take initiative and work independently
• Excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
• Time-zone flexibility
