About Us: Building institutional-grade self-custody solution for crypto funds, combining EVM and Solana support. Product in market with active hedge fund clients.
Role: Lead business development for our multi-chain custody infrastructure product, focusing on crypto hedge funds and institutional clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years institutional crypto sales experience
- Deep network in crypto hedge funds
- Technical understanding of custody/infrastructure
- Track record closing enterprise deals
- Experience with multi-chain infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Lead full sales cycle for institutional clients
- Build relationships with crypto hedge funds
- Develop go-to-market strategy
- Work closely with product team on feature requirements
- Create institutional partnerships
Compensation:
- Base: $120-160K
- Equity: 1-2%
- Commission structure
- Full benefits
Location: Remote (US preferred)
