RociFi is a new multi-chain primitive for zero- and under-collateralised lending.
Backed by Arrington Capital and Signum Capital, at its core, the protocol leverages on-chain data, machine learning, and loan risk-management to effectively and profitably facilitate under-collateralized loans via blockchain.
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development professional to plan, lead and execute all our sales and partnership activities.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle and be responsible for the new acquisition of institutional liquidity providers, market makers and borrowers for Rocifi DeFi lending platform
- Identify and oversee key project partnerships in DeFi that are looking for sources of liquidity
- Spearhead token exchange listings
- Keep the pulse on the fast-changing market landscape to identify new leads and business opportunities in the crypto space
- Negotiate terms and manage integrations
- Invest in building long-lasting partnerships with partners
- Liaise with product development teams to impact the roadmap based on the clients’ needs
- Pro-actively cross-sell and up-sell new products
- Attend and speak at key industry conferences as well as host client events
- Strategically initiate development of partnerships and alliances in the crypto space that strengthen the brand and open up new business opportunities
You are an ideal candidate if you are:
- Have an in-depth understanding of the specifics of CeFi and DeFi crypto lending as well as Tradfi lending
- Have a diverse network of connections among crypto institutions, exchanges and DeFi projects that you can leverage
- Have a hands-on experience with numerous DeFi protocols and apps
- Have experience leading business development activities for successful crypto projects
- Love working in the fast growing project
- Comfortable to work in fully-remote team
- Have strong copywriting and analytical skills
- Possess a strong self-starter, ownership and «get it done» mentality
- Have excellent English skills, both speaking and writing capabilities
- Have experience or very familiar with the Asian market
