How you are going to make an impact 🛠

  • Conduct welcome calls for new and existing clients, provide trading platform education, and assist with client inquiries.
  • Implement upselling, cross-selling, and other strategies to enhance client retention and increase client lifetime value.
  • Proactively cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Offer personalised assistance, promptly address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Design strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze client trading behaviours to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collect product feedback from clients and promptly relay it to the relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the overall client experience.

  • Fluent in both English and Thai languages.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for finance and helping others succeed.
  • Previous experience in client retention or account management will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience in trading (Crypto or Forex) is a requirement.
