We’re looking for a senior business development manager to help us build and nurture relationships with our various ecosystem partners and supercharge our growth.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and implement opportunities for collaboration with existing or new partners
• Communicate product updates with various accounts
• Define and lead new initiatives within partnerships team to expand Perpetual Protocol
• Maintain accountability; deliver successful outcomes with measurable results
• Identify emerging industry trends and leverage this information to inform our strategy

Requirements

• Strong passion and understanding of DeFi
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to identify, pursue and close complex partnerships
• Ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Previous work experience with high growth technology company

Nice to have

• Experience in business development within the crypto industry
• Lead and managed high performing business development teams
