PARSIQ is looking to hire a Head of Business Development to join our team. This is a full-time position that is remote or can be based in Tallinn, Estonia.
PARSIQ is a full-suite data network to build the backend for all Web3 dApps & protocols. The Tsunami API, which will ship during July, 2022, will provide blockchain protocols and their clients (e.g. protocol-oriented dApps) with real-time data and historical data querying abilities.
You will be joining one of the most productive product and engineering teams in all of blockchain. In 2021, the team shipped integrations with Binance Smart Chain, OCEAN Protocol, Aave, Solana, Polkadot, Huobi Ecochain, Injective Protocol, Balancer, Elrond and Chainlink, and launched the IQ Protocol, the world’s first DeFi solution to tokenize SaaS - risk-free and collateral-less.
Responsibilities
- Drive vision, strategy and results through personal and team sales activity
- Convert sales funnel into commercial success
- Drive greater results from a growing sales function
- Recruit, train and manage a sales team
- Support strategy for PARSIQ to attract users that need to monitor and secure DeFi applications and crypto assets
- Help PARSIQ become laser focused on their market and product strategy which includes presentation decks and messaging.
- Advise Marketing team with planning and strategies for campaign ideation, development and execution.
- Strategy sessions with the Founder and executives to ensure clear focus and milestones
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in partnerships or business development (with at least 2 of the years at a software or technology company)
- 3+ years experience in leadership and team management roles
- Understanding of Fintech, Web3 culture
- Experience in recruiting, coaching and building early stage teams
- Passionate about building new businesses and willing to be hands-on to get the job done
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners
- Be an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems
- Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems
- You are organised. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well
- Excellent communication & written skills in English
