Opportunity

• This is Parcel’s first business-side hire and a unique opportunity to have significant influence and shape one of the most anticipated startups in the metaverse
• Reports directly to the CEO
• Nearly uncapped upward mobility, room for advancement and increased ownership

Responsibilities

• Lead development of partnerships, alliances and new business opportunities
• Forge new, and cultivating existing, relationships in and out of the metaverse
• Lead the research, outreach, and contact management for outbound BD
• Act as public ambassador to the company; publicly speak on behalf of Parcel at conferences, panels

Qualifications

• Previous BD/relationship management experience
• Knowledge of the Web3/crypto/NFT/metaverse landscape
• Professional, proactive, and responsive
• High degree of empathy and social awareness
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail

Nice to Haves

• Previous full-time BD experience in the crypto industry
• Graphic and visual design skills (Figma, etc.)
• Basic programming skills — Parcel has an engineering heavy culture
