International Sales Manager (ISM)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven International Sales Manager (ISM) to join P2B Crypto Exchange, #1 exchange for young projects.

Your main goal will be to identify promising crypto projects and close deals that help them grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Search for potential crypto projects and establish connections with decision-makers.
• Conduct negotiations and close deals for exchange services (listing, market-making, partnerships, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term cooperation.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales (crypto/blockchain industry is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the crypto market, tokenomics, and exchanges.
• Proven track record of successful deal closures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• English proficiency (B2+); other languages are a plus.
