Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in OpenLeverage’s products
• Search, identify and implement collaboration with existing or new projects and partners
• Be a public face for OpenLeverage
• Define and lead new initiatives to grow OpenLeverage’s presence to the broader market
• Work with key influencers and communities, setting up co-promotions, media coverage, AMA, etc
• Maintain and create well organized, up-to-date and accurate BD information and activity reports
• Identify customer requirements to inform new products and features
• This role will report to the Head of Growth.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with DeFi technologies of today, passionate about crypto and decentralization, and are eager to up-skill and hone knowledge in the crypto space
• 1+ year of experience in a Sales/BD role at a crypto project
• Advanced knowledge and experience working with project management tools like Smartsheet, Slack, Google Office Applications, and others
• Prior experience working in a remote-first environment; and able to work independently whilst occasionally collaborating with a team
• Accountable with a strong sense of ownership and who thrives under pressure
• An existing network/ growth experience in crypto/DeFi is a big plus
• Comfortable and efficient communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
