What you can work on:

• Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen relationships with our current client base, ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction
• Lead Generation & Management: Identify prospective clients, qualify inbound leads, follow up on outbound, and coordinate outreach activities (primarily Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
• Market Research: Stay aware of blockchain industry developments—especially in Rust/Go ecosystems—to spot emerging opportunities and tailor sales approaches

What we expect from you:

• 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in web3, cybersecurity, or blockchain. Experience with MOVE, Aptos, or Sui would be a significant plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: You’re comfortable with calls, chats, and in-person meetings and are ready to simplify complex topics.
• Interest in blockchain or cybersecurity: You don’t need to be an expert but a proactive learner excited about the tech side of Web3, apart from token prices.
• Comfort in a remote, highly async environment: Our team works with minimal overhead—everyone self-manages client contacts and prioritizes tasks independently. You should thrive on autonomy and flexible schedules.
