About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative with experience in stablecoins or digital assets to join our team. This role focuses on engaging and converting inbound leads from our digital marketing campaigns, as well as reaching out to individuals and organizations participating in those campaigns. You’ll play a key role in educating prospects, qualifying opportunities, and driving adoption of our stablecoin and related digital financial products.

You’ll join a fast-paced environment where reliability, accuracy, and transaction integrity are non-negotiable.

This role is remote with a preference for U.S.-based applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns (web, social, paid media, webinars, and events).
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to members of digital marketing campaigns to qualify leads and assess potential business opportunities.
  • Educate prospects on the company’s stablecoin offerings, use cases, and value propositions across payments, remittances, and digital finance.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor conversations and recommend the right products or solutions.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and ensure credibility of CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) with up-to-date customer and sales data.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategies, provide feedback on campaign quality, messaging effectiveness, and market trends, and assist in developing sales tactics to drive business growth.
  • Achieve or exceed activity goals (calls, emails, meetings) and lead conversion targets.
  • Stay informed about trends in blockchain, stablecoins, and digital finance to communicate confidently with leads.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or digital asset sectors.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain stablecoins, digital payments, crypto custody, or DeFi concepts to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain complex digital asset topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfort using digital sales tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads efficiently.
  • A passion for emerging financial technology and a commitment to regulatory-compliant customer engagement.
  • Self-starter, who can work independently and is comfortable shaping their own sales strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Performance Indicators:

  • Lead response time and engagement rate
  • Conversion of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Revenue or adoption metrics attributed to digital campaign leads
  • Feedback quality provided to marketing and product teams
