Head of Sales

Lush AI is a next-gen AI x Web3 startup building the future of social media. Our flagship product, Lush Agents, empowers businesses and creators to deploy AI influencers (i.e. social media AI Agents that are indistinguishable from humans) across social platforms. These agents act as influencers, customer acquisition engines, and community managers, driving growth, engagement, and monetization at scale.

While Lush AI is rooted in Web3, our product extends far beyond the crypto ecosystem. We’re looking for applicants who are equally comfortable driving adoption in both Web3 and Web2 markets. Sales efforts will primarily focus on social platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Telegram, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales and proactive relationship building.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
• 3+ years of proven sales experience
• A “growth hacker” mindset - eager to test bold, unconventional strategies to drive results
• High adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment
• Data-driven approach to sales - skilled at tracking outreach, analyzing performance, and iterating quickly based on insights
