Gelato Network is a protocol that automates smart contract executions on Ethereum. We develop an open-source system coordinating a decentralized network of relay nodes that developers can plug into to create amazing automated dApps for their users.

We are a fully remote team and although we hire globally, there is a strong preference for this role to be based in Switzerland or Germany.

Goal:

• Execute Gelato’s customer acquisition strategy by establishing key relationships with top blockchain teams worldwide.
• Grow Gelato’s usage, dive deep into the community of Gelato’s partners, and join us on an epic journey through this never sleeping crypto industry!

Responsibilities:

• Close deals with customers by working together with our marketing and tech team
• Reach out to a lot of projects and become an engaged member of their community
• Build and manage key relationships with Gelato’s customers and partners
• Become an active community leader for Gelato
• Go to events and represent Gelato

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge about projects and new innovations in DeFi / blockchain industry
• 1+ years experience in sales, partnerships and business development at top B2B technology companies
• Strong hunter instincts for outbound outreach to find and identify customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially interacting with senior developers / CTOs
