Business Development Director

Fracas Digital is seeking a passionate and skilled Business Development Director to join our remote team. We are a high-growth startup specializing in Web3, working on innovative projects in blockchain, NFT, and crypto technologies.

About Us: Fracas Digital is a Web3 Studio dedicated to helping NFT and Crypto brands make a meaningful impact. Our diverse team of creatives, strategists, and marketers is deeply knowledgeable in the Web3 space, continually learning and improving.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage lead generation and build a top-tier sales pipeline.
• Develop sales collateral and handle contracts.
• Close deals and drive new business.
• Develop partnerships, alliances, and new business opportunities.
• Retain relationships with existing clients.
• Research and prioritize leads and income streams.
• Negotiate and execute deals.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams.
• Maintain full P&L and KPI accountability for customer accounts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of business development/sales experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Web3 industry.
• Proven track record of success.
• Strong network and partnership experience in Web3.
• Understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, DAOs, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a small team.

• Salary: $3.5k p/m
• Bonus: Uncapped (OTE $110k+ per year)
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Location: Remote
• Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours
