We have a consistent monthly userbase of 140,000 on the CRONOS and Polygon blockchains growing daily. Job Overview:

  • Selling Crystl Finance services and products to applicable projects in need by engaging cold leads
  • Success in this role looks like consistent resilience of dedication for overcoming obstacles, a long-term vision in achieving goals, and a team-working initiative mindset
  • How we view success in this role is important because all qualities encompassed in our view of success are necessary to organically fit in with the Crystl Finance team

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Reach out to open leads in the book of business to sell our products and services daily
  • Follow-up with leads daily to ensure quality engagement is consistent with the Crystl Finance premier brand
  • Build a network of DeFi ecosystem knowledge and connections that are leverageable in conducting any types of business dealings
  • Source brand new projects from any applicable platforms
  • Manage and communicate with multiple business accounts weekly
  • Attend all applicable meetings

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of the inner workings and functionality of the DeFi landscape
  • Basic knowledge of finance and financial instruments inside and outside of the DeFi landscape
  • Sales experience
  • Professionalism
  • Punctuality
