Business Development Manager

We are a top-tier exchange that is expanding at a stunning rate. We are now looking for a candidate with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to support our day-to-day business development efforts. The position will provide excellent exposure to the rapidly growing blockchain industry and an understanding of what it takes to build a leading cryptocurrency exchange.

You will be responsible for driving forward our business development strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll help our research team find new opportunities for new listings and pitch any promotions or cross-promotions that will help us grow the platform. Your job will also be to maximize our growth with these new activities.

Specific requirements:

• Should have worked in a Business Development role for two years in a fintech/blockchain environment
• Should be able to quickly assess the quality of proposed projects and crypto businesses
• Should be familiar with all the crypto tools so as to scour quality opportunities
• Should be an excellent communicator with a 10/10 responsiveness level
• Should exhibit quality negotiation skills without being overzealous
• Should be self-motivated, meticulous, and incredibly organized

Your mission will involve:

• Working closely with the CMO to plan and execute business development strategies
• Proactively identifying and organizing business opportunities
• Coordinating with the marketing team to promote
• Manage and maximize opportunities for times when our CMO attends any key events
• Build and maintain relationships with blockchain heavy hitters
• Tracking and reporting the progress on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
