Your Mission

As our fully remote Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising between Teams and ensuring smooth communication, successful task delivery, and Team reporting. You will assist the Business Developers in their daily operations, and drive a pivotal role in ensuring our ongoing growth is supported by efficient operations and communication.

You will

• Liaise with corporate stakeholders in China to determine where support can be provided;
• Develop regular reporting using existing internal systems and advise on improvements;
• Support with blockchain project research, selection, and maintenance to support decision-making;
• Produce supporting information, including case studies, project requirements, and presentations;
• Prepare and analyse qualification procedures for blockchain projects applying to be listed with us;
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables across decentralized teams, with a project-management mindset;
• Liaise across team members and stakeholders, to ensure complex deliverables are lead to completion;
• Reviewing our cryptocurrency listings, analysing success cases and lessons-learned;
• Help plan and organise talks and events, both online and in-person;
• Ensure target lists are updated and regular approaches to new potential blockchain projects are tracked;
• Support the Business Development Team with targeted market analysis, innovation proposals, and competitor information;
• Assist with collating regular external communications with blockchain projects and partners.

You Bring

• Proficient knowledge of Mandarin (Required)
• Proficient use of the English Language
• Excellent communication skills with a 10/10 responsiveness level;
• Ability to lead by influence and diplomacy;
• Experience in Business Development in a Fintech/Blockchain environment;
• Experience with project management approaches;
• Familiarity with a wide range of crypto tools and concepts;
• Comfort in understanding multiple points-of-views and relaying them in a structured way;
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and incredibly organized;
• A passion for working with others in a close-knit and supportive environment.
