Partnerships & Business Development Manager

As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager of Cardax, you will:

• Research and identify new business and partnership opportunities.
• Execute Partners & BD pipeline and coordinate with the CEO on business requirements.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and projects in the Cardano ecosystem.
• Source leads and close deals for current and future partnership programs.
• Coordinate with centralized exchanges for listings.
• Work with key influencers and communities, doing AMAs, co-promotions, publications, etc.
• Contribute during the business development team’s discussion on roadmap, processes and strategy.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a Sales/BD role at a crypto project OR 3+ years of experience in in a Sales/BD or related role
• Strong knowledge of how business development and partnerships work in the crypto space
• Strong sales skills
• Highly organized person
• Driven, persistent, self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Experienced with working in remote teams
• Good negotiation skills
• Good understanding of what Cardano is and what a DEX is.
• An existing network in the Cardano community is a big plus.

The Offer:

You would be joining one of the new players in Decentralized Finance. A project that has been awarded by Cardano as winner of Project Catalyst and has raised 1.5M USD from it’s own community.

We have a 100% remote working arrangement, so applicants from all regions and time zones are welcomed and travel will not be required. Compensation for this role will all be in ADA (top 5 crypto by market cap). The salary will be base plus performance incentives, negotiable according to your experience/profile.
