Role Summary

As Partnerships Manager you will be out there in the digital “field” taking ownership of your pipeline within our Partnerships and Sales program. You should be a self starter and understand the Web3 / DeFi landscape better than anyone. Identifying and closing new opportunities is an absolute must.

We are looking to establish partnerships with Tier 1 Web3 / DeFi projects, or hidden gems that will be very soon, in order to build out the dCommerce stack on Boson Protocol. You should have prior experience in a Partnerships or Sales capacity and be able to effectively manage clients relationships and expectations while simultaneously hitting targets.

What you will do:

  • Establish business critical partnership that will form the dCommerce stack Network and grow our pipeline on contacts that fit inside the dCommerce narrative
  • Identify hidden gems that we can partner with to cover the full spectrum of pillars that will make up dCommerce
  • Work with our existing partners and investor to grow our network
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing and technology to ensure we are working effectively with our partners

Must have skills / experience

  • Experience in Sales or Partnerships within a Web3 or DeFi startup
  • Extensive contacts in the space
  • Business and growth mindset
  • Be a “crypto native” - Deep passion for cryptocurrency and NFTs
  • Knowledge of crypto and ICOs
