Bloxstaking is looking for Head of Growth for ssv.network in North America.

ssv.network is a decentralized ’layer 0’ protocol for Proof-of-Stake Blockchain networks. We are a well-established team of blockchain developers, pioneers and enthusiasts with years of experience in developing Blockchain infrastructure solutions.

Over the past year, the team has been developing the 1st public SSV (Secret-Shared-Validator) implementation. The technology is aimed at distributing control and operation of POS validators between non-trusting nodes.

The SSV research, originally conceptualized by the Ethereum Foundation, has evolved into a global community with strong partners, POS infrastructure experts, developers and contributors.

ssv.network is rapidly approaching mainnet. Planned for the beginning of 2022, the genesis implementation of the Decentralized Staking Infrastructure will be focused on Ethereum, afterwhich, the network is expected to expand to other POS chains.

The network aspires to be a fully decentralized, community-governed, self-sufficient ecosystem that benefits builders, innovators and dreamers who believe in a decentralized future and wish to take part in building the Future of Staking.

Head of Network Growth - North America

Head of Network Growth is in charge of promoting network’s adoption, recognition and education in her/his respective region. The position will include onboarding new partners and builders, as well as maintaining and supporting existing relationships.

You will be tasked with creating connections and meaningful relationships with key industry leaders, onboard contributors and deepening existing stakeholders’ engagement with the protocol.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience Business development
• Experience with technical products/services
• At least 1-2 years of exp. in the blockchain industry, proven track record and existing relationships
• Understanding of blockchain
• Native English speaker
• Flexibility and a huge appetite to learn about Blockchain
• Advantage; New York, San Francisco or Austin based

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with industry leaders
• Onboard relevant contributors to ssv.network protocol
• On ground presence in Crypto events and meetups
• Build and grow a growth team
• Direct the product and R&D team on partner and community requirements
