Bittrex Global, the leading blockchain technology provider and cryptocurrency exchange, is hiring a Business Development Lead! We are looking for a talented individual that will help us push the boundaries of blockchain technology and drive innovation within the industry. If this sounds like you, we would love to have you join our rapidly growing team.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter with great relationship management skills to join us. To succeed in this role you should not only be able to present the offerings that Bittrex Global has, but tailor the plans to the needs of our token team partners as they look to list on our exchange and beyond.

You’ll work in a heavily matrixed environment, interfacing with product, compliance, operations, marketing, and business development teams to ensure delivery and iterative improvements of our systems and processes. We have a lot of prospective token team partners that want to join the Bittrex Global ecosystem, and we need someone to help manage this growing partner base.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a main point of contact for new listings prospects, including CRM System (HubSpot) management
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of listing on Bittrex Global to prospective token team partners
  • Present, tailor, and finalize listing and marketing options for token team partners to match their listing needs and overall marketing plans
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery of listing and marketing services
  • Research potential and inbound projects to learn more about their listing needs and provide key insights to peers regarding their project goals, timelines, and any red flags
  • Communicate consistently with clients to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing for services
  • Drive improvement to the token onboarding process based on feedback and observations

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 5+ years in a sales or marketing role
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, investments, or crypto is an asset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate an outstanding degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
  • Ability to multitask and track multiple opportunities
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally, and sell our suite of services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset
