Our mission

Arrakis aims to disrupt the current market making industry by providing the infrastructure to enable every project in the world that wants to launch a token to benefit from non-custodial, trust-less and automated on-chain market making strategies. We believe in a world where every organization, from a small startup to large enterprises, will be tokenized and traded on-chain. For this world, Arrakis is building the tools to create the necessary liquidity to enable this token economy to rival and out compete the traditional financial industry.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Creating, leading & executing Arrakis’ Go-To-Market strategy end-to-end to grow our customer base, increase protocol revenue and help us become the number one market making platform worldwide
  • Partnerships: Creating & nurturing key partnerships with other web3 projects
  • BD: Identify new customers, establish outbound outreach channels and onboard them to our platform. Build and manage a world class sales and business development pipeline
  • Marketing: Create strong inbound customer acquisition channels to increase self-service customers. Manage marketing end-to-end.
  • Build out a growth team
  • Travel to crypto conferences all around the world to spread awareness and acquire new customers
  • Become an active community leader by representing Arrakis at events worldwide

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, business development and partnership management
  • Analytical mindset, identify which distribution channel work best and optimise them
  • Advanced knowledge about projects and new innovations in DeFi / blockchain industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially interacting with CFOs / CEOs
  • Experience in leading and creating the strategy for marketing & business development of high growth technology companies
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments
