Responsibilities:

• Participate in generating growth strategy for users and trading volume
• Develop and maintain relationships with crypto kols
• Undertake day to day communication with kols regarding to daily operation, product updates and new product and campaign release
• Be sharp and sensitive to industry developments, monitor feedback from communities and conduct corresponding solutions
• Work with marketing teams to carry out community campaigns
• Support to develop campaign strategies (objective, process, execution and reporting) to acquire and retarget users.

Requirement:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities or understand and address potential issues
• Experience in kol BD role for 2+ years and understanding of trader portrait and behavior is a plus
• Fundamental understanding about crypto and blockchain
• Bilingual with both English and Mandarin both written and verbal is a plus
