About the role

We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join the Business Development team at Aave Labs, supporting partners as they integrate with and build on top of Aave’s infrastructure. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Product, and Engineering to help partners design and implement technical solutions that leverage Aave’s products and protocols.

This role focuses on hands-on architecture and enablement - helping partners go from idea to implementation. You’ll work across a wide range of integrations and play a key role in ensuring smooth, scalable execution and technical clarity across our broader ecosystem of partners.

How you can make an impact:

• Support Business Development in scoping and designing technical solutions for partners integrating Aave
• Act as the technical point of contact throughout integration design and deployment
• Develop and maintain reference architectures, SDK templates, and documentation to streamline adoption and reduce friction for builders
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and R&D to communicate partner needs, share technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities
• Build and test proofs of concept and integration demos that demonstrate best practices and help partners move faster
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring smooth launches and sustained performance post-deployment
• Keep internal stakeholders aligned on project timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent integrations

Let’s connect if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in technical solutions architecture, blockchain development, or partner engineering - ideally in Fintech or Crypto
• Ability to understand and read Solidity and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus)
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, scalable technical designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable managing multiple integrations at once and working autonomously to keep projects moving
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for DeFi and how open financial infrastructure is evolving

$125,000 - $145,000 a year
