What you’ll be doing:

• 🤝 Manage funds in market-making accounts: rebalancing funds between accounts on different exchanges, monitoring the status of funds and ensuring their continuous availability for market-making activities.
• 🤝 Coordinate external market makers’ activities: supervision over the implementation of established KPIs (spread, order book depth, trading volume) and liquidity pool building campaigns.
• 📈 Develop and implement your own long-term liquidity building strategy.
• 📊 Monitor and manage risk exposure across multiple trading pairs, utilizing advanced risk management techniques and tools.
• 🔍 Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, adjusting strategies accordingly.

You’re a great fit if you:

• ✅ Have 2+ years of experience as a professional market maker or trader specifically within the cryptocurrency/digital asset markets.
• ✅ Possess a strong understanding of cryptocurrency market microstructure, trading dynamics, and order book mechanics.
• ✅ Are proficient in the use of trading platforms, order management systems, and advanced analytical tools.
• ✅ Exhibit excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions swiftly.
• ✅ Are familiar with risk management principles and can effectively implement robust risk controls.
• ✅ Show exceptional attention to detail and approach your work with a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
