Zama is building a suite of products for securing AI applications in the cloud and on the blockchain. Developers and data scientists can build FHE-friendly applications using our technology without having to know cryptography.

Zama was founded by Pascal Paillier, a pioneer in FHE, and Rand Hindi, a serial privacy entrepreneur.

The role

Homomorphic encryption is a technology that enables data to remain encrypted during processing. When used in decentralized applications, it makes it possible to run private applications on top of public blockchains, enabling a number of new use cases.

Your job as a Product Manager in the blockchain team will be to:

• Understand how web3 developers use our FHE technology
• Define a roadmap based on user feedback and the company’s priorities
• Grow and engage with our developer community to help them use our products
• Lead discussions on the blockchain topic at Zama
• Gather the team around the product vision

He / She / They should have:

• Strong experience working as a product manager
• At least some experience as a product manager on a blockchain product
• Strong management skills, in particular around agile processes and OKRs
• Be obsessed with making things that actually work for users
• Be a friendly, empathetic manager

We are a full remote company but you should ideally be in an European time zone.
