Yieldschool is a crypto investment consultancy serving high-net-worth individuals. We help investors (our ‘Members’) avoid financial loss and make financial gains by accessing the primary crypto markets before assets hit public exchanges. We are three years old with a proven track record of outsized returns and premium service. The rate our company hit $10M in revenue is in the top 0.3% of private companies. Our culture is geared to deliver a deep and valuable experience to the market.

Our current team is composed of crypto natives who have:

• Run 7 and 8-figure hedge funds
• Built protocols with 8-figure market caps
• Built and exited onchain SaaS businesses

Our Mission

To be the global standard for crypto asset wealth consulting.

To achieve this, we need Associates who can deliver world-class 1:1 guidance to our Members, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and informed on the cutting edge of the market.

The Role

You will be directly responsible for providing 1:1 crypto asset consulting to our Members. This means:

• Translating complex market activity into clear, actionable guidance
• Ensuring clients remain disciplined through volatility
• Managing expectations honestly
• Keeping clients on track with their own investment strategies
• Ensuring their experience leads to renewals and upsells

⚠️ This is not a customer support role. It is a consulting position requiring crypto-native expertise, patience, and the mindset of an investor.

Success metrics:

• Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Renewals
• Client engagement (measured by whether they value your input and continue with Yieldschool long term)

Known Outcomes You Will Be Responsible For

• Maintain a 40%+ NPS by end Q2 2026
• Maintain a 70%+ NPS by end Q4 2026
• 15% of customers renew or upsell in Q4 2025
• 30% of customers renew or upsell in Q1 2026

• Crypto native — You must operate at a top 0.0001% crypto industry knowledge level (literally top 7,000 out of 7 billion people)
• Professional — You manage clients’ expectations with honesty and impartiality
• Positive and likeable — People enjoy working with you, and you create an environment of trust
• Patient — You recognize that the market distracts clients, and you guide them calmly as they learn
• Investor mindset — You are disciplined and make the right calls for your own crypto portfolio

Compensation

• OTE: USD $12K–$20K/month
• Base: $5K/month
• Remainder from target bonuses
• Clear path to Senior Associate or Team Lead roles

Location

• Remote
• Must be available in Slack 9am–8pm EST, Monday–Friday
