We are a startup backed by Yellow Incubator. BuddyTrading is an automated crypto trading bot marketplace from trader to trader. As we increase the size of the teams, we will need to bring on top-notch product leaders to help drive the direction of our company’s growth. We are determined to create a world-class cryptocurrency trading bot marketplace suite to fully power digital commerce worldwide.As such we are on the lookout for talented and experienced Product Owner. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and self-motivated product owner who designs customer-obsessed products and fully manages the entire product development cycle.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Contribution to product roadmap development and evolution
• Contribution in develop and maintain stakeholder communications on the product roadmap
• Develop project scopes and objectives and a detailed plan, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Align with product management and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility
• Organize and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, especially in Agile methodologies
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs with the help of appropriate verification techniques
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Partner with teams to manage prioritization, resourcing, readiness, and go-to-market plans
• Prepare and review comprehensive product documentation
• Monitor industry trends and assessments that provide insights into the competitive landscape and best practices

What You Have:

• 5+ years in product development or project management. Experience with and domain knowledge of stock trading, forex, cryptocurrency, and blockchain is a huge plus
• 5+ years of experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, microservices, APIs, etc
• Proven track record of managing new product launches
• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiatives
• Strong executive presence; comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
• Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
• Strong influencing and partnership/collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills are a must

Good to have:

• Complete educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers. An MBA is a plus.
• The show proved analytics and data skills. You are experienced in using data to make decisions and influence other decision-makers.
• Have experience working in agile development methodology, preferably Kanban and Scrum.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are effective at breaking down complex problems, driving change, and managing multiple and sometimes competing stakeholders and projects.
