Product Owner

The Product Owner is responsible for the product planning and execution of The Fabricant Studio. You will prioritize and translate the business and community requirements into product features and tasks for the design, development and quality assurance team, ensuring an agile and efficient way of work, with well documented processes and continuous learning loops.

You understand the strategy and product KPIs and will drive the development of the product according to the roadmap while remaining flexible to incorporate learnings and new ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure user stories are “ready” for the development team to start working with, i.e. has the correct acceptance criteria, is prioritized according to the roadmap and in line with the team’s available capacity
• Work with the developers team to continuously update the development roadmap and tasks, and effectively communicate to and among the different contributors
• Gather and manage documents and prioritize the product backlog
• Create product tests and QA schedules
• Implement agile processes, schedule demo sessions, prototyping and product reviews accordingly
• Contribute innovative ideas to efficiently improve the overall product results and development timelines
• Manage the budget for development and testing

Job requirements

Must have’s

• Product Owner experience in the creative/interactive/entertainment spaces
• Active participation in web3
• +5 years significant lead experience and demonstrated success in project managing the release of complex B2C products that meet and exceed business objectives
• Expert in agile way of working and able to implement it in the product development team
• Experience and passion in one or more of Fashion, Gaming & Blockchain
• Excellent detailed written and verbal communication skills, including use of project management/ communication tools like Jira/Confluence
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with development teams is key
