Pluto Digital PLC (Pluto) is on the hunt for a super dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the charge for our next chapter. The CEO is the ultimate storyteller, motivated to connect authentically with stakeholders and the investor market, communicate our progress, and share our why. A natural relationship builder who is excited to build confidence with investors, while acting as the trusted Pluto point person.

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing leadership, working with the Board of Directors and the executive team to establish long term goals, strategies, plans and policies for Pluto. The CEO will engage with the investment community and provide insights on the execution of this strategy, ensuring results are aligned with Pluto’s roadmap, and actions are consistent with our mission, vision, and values. A champion connector and evangelist who will collaborate with other C-suite members to maximise performance of the business and company share price.

Who we are

Pluto Digital PLC (Pluto) is a crypto technology and operations company that builds Web 3.0 technology applications in both the Metaverse and in Decentralised Finance (DeFi).

Pluto is building software applications on technologies such as Ethereum which are open source and decentralised which provides its users significant value both in terms of the utility and via delivering ownership via digital tokens. This is a key differentiator to existing technologies built on traditional rails and so offers significant upside. A major responsibility will be to promote and educate regarding the products that we build and launch. Pluto’s metaverse division is building a series of blockchain games which will be launched in the coming year(s).

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders and C-suite to maximise performance, generate, and execute on investment strategies.
• Own and manage relationships with key external partners, setting the strategy for how we engage.
• Promote company share price and products.
• Build a focus on creating shareholder value and enable significant scaling.
• Develop and nurture investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
• Drive investor relations activities, build and maintain strong relationships with investors.
• Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.
• Manage relationships with Investment Banks.
• Represent the company to shareholders, investors, banks and other stakeholders.
• Oversee all marketing activities, including PR agency and media strategy and execution.
• Provide updates and insights on market activity to other members of the leadership team; advise on strategic direction.
• Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
• Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
• Monitor developing industry trends and advise founders and C-suite.

Qualifications

• Has lived and breathed crypto for 1-3 years, with a high level of personal investment.
• Experience in a senior leadership position.
• Deep understanding of crypto, Metaverse, DeFi.
• Combined gaming + blockchain background is a bonus.
• Traditional finance background with current focus on crypto is a plus.
