Investment Associate / Analyst (100% Remote)

NUMEUS is looking for an Investment Associate / Analyst (100% | Remote).

We are a crypto investment firm supporting exceptional founders building the Open Ownership Economy.

Our multidisciplinary team has long-term experience in quantitative finance, venture capital and computer science. NUMEUS is based in Switzerland, but all 18 full-time team members embrace our remote culture.

We invest into following three verticals:

1. Decentralized Infrastructure (L1, L2, Privacy, Scaling, DAO)
2. Decentralized Finance (DEX, Lending, Payments, Assets)
3. Decentralized Lifestyle (Metaverse, Gaming, Entertainment)

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Source and diligence new equity and token investment opportunities across all our investment verticals. Analyze data sets and write investment memos.
• Network: Grow and maintain a deep network of relationships with founders, developers, investors and partners.
• Portfolio Support: Establish and maintain regular communications with portfolio companies to provide support.
• Research: Test out new protocols and write short reviews. Conduct market research to identify and analyze emerging trends. Share your insights in our blog and newsletter.
• CT: If you love Crypto Twitter, there is a possibility for shitposting during working hours.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working for a crypto company or relevant experience in venture capital, investment banking, or tech startups
• Passion for cryptoassets, blockchain technology, DeFi and/or NFTs
• Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to take initiative and operate with little oversight
• Intellectually curious, with strong, demonstrated analytical and communication skills
• Empathetic and ready to roll up your sleeves and work with entrepreneurs on their most pressing problems
