What You Will Be Doing:

• Quickly identify and evaluate market opportunities - what are the potential economic and technical exploits? What would catalyze protocol adoption and is the team capable of delivering the pipeline set?
• Build relationships with protocol teams in order to keep up-to-date with latest developments. Potentially draft proposals and work on DeFi integrations to contribute to our core product roadmap.
• Structure and communicate execution plans in line with internal and external constraints; clearly articulate your ideas in both written and verbal form to our investment committee.
• Track and manage our positions and exposure. Monitor various tools, dashboards & industry sources to help direct Company’s strategy.

What We Look For:

• Crypto native user with deep curiosity and understanding of the cryptocurrency industry. You actively participate in the so-called Crypto Twitter, read protocol forums and discord channels; can clearly elaborate the differences between MIM and USDC.
• Being familiar with Solidity and common attack vectors of the DeFi protocols is a strong advantage.
• Previous assignments with crypto-native projects or organisations are a definite plus. Alternatively, we appreciate candidates coming from traditional finance - venture capital or investment banking, or IT consultancy.
• Formal degree in computer science or finance from a top-tier university is also a nice to have.
