Who we are:

MonoX Protocol is a new blockchain startup founded in October 2020, and has received external funding. We started as 4 technical and one non technical co-founders, and have since scaled the team to ~20 across 12 countries.

At MonoX we want to help build and shape the new open financial system while having a positive impact on the community. Our aim is to release new innovative DeFi products and services that participants of the DeFi ecosystem will value and love.

As you may know, we’ve been hacked recently. We are looking to relaunch in January and we’d like a strong defi native PM to come and help shape the future of MonoX.

What we are building:

MonoX helps projects save precious capital by listing on an exchange for free. We also help investors save on costly fees, and unlock liquidity for more kinds of tokenized assets to be traded.

MonoX introduces the premier bootstrap decentralized exchange, Monoswap. Project owners can list their tokens without the burden of capital requirements and focus on using funds for building the project instead of providing liquidity.

This new protocol design results in lower trading fees, less capital to deposit for Liquidity Providers, less siloed capital and projects can launch their token with zero capital.

It also creates opportunities for additional Decentralized Finance (DeFi) products/services such as lending and derivatives markets, while simultaneously providing a robust stablecoin that is backed by multiple assets in MonoX.

Role and responsibilities

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us build out a set of core products and features that complement our single token liquidity model.

Crypto native and English fluency is highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Experience in building and shipping products without requiring much supervision
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Extensive crypto knowledge is a must, shipping crypto products is a plus
• Collaborative. You allow each expert in their domain to put forth their best solutions
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
• QA experience is necessary, as we’re a small team
• Management experience is a plus
• Accountable
