Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the willingness to learn and support the core team on investment decisions.

You will articulate, scope, and prioritize research, and report the relevant insights directly to the fund’s partners. You must be able to deliver synthesis, insight, and practical implications within tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate started their career in finance, research or engineering, and is relentlessly curious about tokenomics, cryptocurrencies, and new business models to incentivize project ecosystems and their communities.

You must be extremely passionate about decentralized projects, have high energy and willingness to learn, be comfortable getting your ideas challenged, and capable of sharing and articulating them in a clear way.

Other responsibilities

• Source projects and market opportunities;
• Support the engineering teams in their contributions to portfolio companies;
• Constantly help to review decision making processes and principles within the firm

Basic Qualifications:

• Clearly structuring and presenting ideas both verbally and in written forms (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, as well as a curiosity and a passion for research
• Experience managing a personal crypto portfolio

Preferred Qualifications:

• University degree from a reputable institution; postgraduate degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related fields preferred
• 1 year of relevant experience
