About the Role

This isn’t your typical trading seat. We’re looking for a hands-on, sharp-minded execution trader who’s obsessed with the crypto markets. You’ll be monitoring live trades, optimizing parameters, intervening in real-time when needed, and working closely with engineers to improve strategy performance. This role is ideal for someone early in their trading career who’s ready to build real-world experience in crypto market making.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and adjust trading algorithms across centralized and decentralized venues.
• Step in manually during volatility or edge-case events to protect positions and ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze trading behavior and provide daily updates on PnL, inventory, and market anomalies.
• Collaborate with our quant/dev teams to improve existing strategies and roll out new ones.
• Share client-facing updates, strategy performance insights, and execution feedback.
• Keep an ear to the ground on emerging DeFi protocols, new listings, and liquidity opportunities.
