Head of Product Management

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to play a pivotal role in our company’s journey as we redefine real estate investing in digital assets.

Our mission at HoneyBricks is to bring real estate investing into the digital world. This new market opportunity sits at the intersection of crypto and real estate, and this role will own our product strategy, roadmap and execution.

You’ll be empowered to build a world class team to execute on our company’s goals, and this role comes with lots of autonomy, influence and full reigns to build the HoneyBricks product experience.

Immediate Responsibilities

• Develop and lead our product strategy, roadmap and execution framework for investing in real estate through crypto
• Build world-class investor and new asset onboarding (including KYC and accredited investors for US persons)
• Build an incredible web3 experience for investors to connect crypto wallets and interact with smart contracts and explore current investment opportunities
• Build and support our payments and infrastructure platform for distributing cryptocurrency to investors
• Develop models and tracking for token visibility and dispute resolution with our operations team
• Develop new and innovative investment paths for customers of the platform
• Play a transformation role in building HoneyBricks into a multi-product platform in multiple financial verticals and investment paths

Requirements

• 5+ years experience and expertise in building and supporting software products from the ground up
• Expert level understanding of data, analytics, metrics and KPIs of software/ fintech businesses
• Working knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts and decentralized finance
• Passion for real estate, finance and crypto
• A strong network (you’ll be expected to build your team with referrals)
• The determination to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful
• Confidence to actively challenge, contribute and participate in company strategy and direction
