However, investing in DeFi is incredibly complex. We are on a mission to make DeFi accessible to all. Our multichain trading platform makes it easy for anyone to put their assets to work on DeFi. We are transitioning web2 to web3.

As the Research Lead, you will publish in-depth thematic research and become a leader in assessing risk and value in Decentralized Finance. Your work will allow DeFi investors to make decisions on their investments in full knowledge of risk and potential.

The Opportunity

• Become an expert and public leader in DeFi and build a thorough knowledge of how protocols work
• Build, publish and continuously improve a risk framework to analyze investment opportunities in DeFi pools
• Work across teams to build unique content that helps crypto and DeFi investors decide where to invest

Profile

• Combining experience assessing complex financial instruments, with a deep passion for DeFi, and the ability to identify, measure and mitigate financial risks
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to thoroughly understand how smart contract and tokenomics work
• Clear and crisp writing skills are a must, as well as being able to synthesize complex concepts for non-crypto native users
